Return & Exchange Policy

mjdpak committed to applying the e-commerce standards recognized in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring transparency and protecting consumer rights. Accordingly, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

1. Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange

We accept return or exchange requests only in the following cases:

• The product is received damaged or defective during shipping.
• The product received is not identical to the item ordered.

In these cases, MJD Pack will cover all shipping costs with no additional fees to the customer.

2. Returns for Non-Fault Orders (No Damage or Error)

We accept return requests for non-fault orders under the following conditions:

• The product must be completely unopened.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging must be intact and free from any damage or opening.
• The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

If the return is requested without any error from mjdpak,

the customer shall bear the shipping cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

• Products that have been opened or used.
• Products that have been removed from their food-grade packaging or have touched external surfaces.
• Products that have lost part of their contents or original packaging.
